Fans of James Bond and Nick Carter will like Boone. Messman's series stands the test of time. This is an excellent novel.
Boone is a good shot, but not great and he is only an above-average fighter. But what makes him an effective fixer is his determination. Once Boone accepts a job, he doesn't stop until it's done.
The Handyman series passes the most important test: it is fun to read. The action is fast-paced. The writing style is easy. The stories are entertaining. These are great reads.
